Like a starry night with a moonlit glow, this Kanchi silk brocade saree portrays a tale of rich dark pink brocade body with gleaming cream and zari border, pallu and blouse, a harmonious blend of color and heritage.
The border and pallu are woven in korvai and petni techniques, respectively. The body is adorned with floral zari motifs and the border with peacock motifs. The pallu is woven in zari on cream with a simple zigzag pattern bordered on both ends with cute little elephant motifs marching in line.
