Refund policy
1. Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Hence, we do not allow Cancellation of Orders once placed.
2. Refund Policy
If the payment has been made and we have cancelled your order due to reasons beyond our control, the amount charged will be refunded.
3. Exchange / Return policy
The Product once sold cannot be returned/exchanged. We take pride in the quality of our products we sell. All our products are checked thoroughly and packaged well before dispatching. Most of our products are either handlooms, handmade or handcrafted ones. Hence, there will be some irregularities or some dye stains here and there that add some kind of uniqueness and beauty.
However, exchange is allowed only on below conditions:
- If there is any significant and not tolerable weaving / manufacturing defect that we have overlooked in our quality check. Only upon validation if the defect is genuine and product is in acceptable return condition.
- A wrong item is delivered to you.
- The product is damaged due to transportation by courier service (Unboxing video is a must).
In case of above conditions, we will gladly exchange or take return and give store credit. The customer must report any transit damages with mandatory unboxing video. We will not accept any exchange/return without the complete unboxing video and the video or photo of the defect. In such a case, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You have to return the product unused and in the same condition with the original tags (including silkmark tags if applicable) intact. Also note that shipping charges will be paid by the customer for exchanges. After you return the product to us we will check thoroughly and only after approval, it will be eligible for exchange. The exchange of the product is purely based on the availability of the same, otherwise we will give another product or store credit in exchange.
